Pros:
Thin, but solid design with nice display
Windows 7 experience index (scale of 1 to 7.9) of 6 or above (Processor: 6.4), other than Graphics (4.6)
Quiet, rarely hear any fan sound. It doesn't get heated up like my other Dell, HP or Toshiba laptops.
Battery life is very good, averaging 6 hours. Nice Keyboard (wish it had backlit keys, but only a wish for this price range:))
Cons:
No major issues so far; was trying to install Logitech Harmony universal remote sw, had issues, but suspect it's Logitech sw issue.
Overall, solid laptop for under $500 (Paid $479 with $50 amazon gift card).

I love the fact that this has a DVD drive and yet it weighs just 5 lbs. I like how Samsung has managed the screen area. The keys are big enough, screen is just bright enough and sound quality is acceptable.
