It's pretty
Numberpad
Comfortable keyboard
Sensitive touchpad
RAM is easily accessible
Ability to choose between legacy partition table (MBR) or GPT in bios
Restore DVD is included, if you restore from the included dvd you get a fresh install of windows without any bloatware, be warned however: drivers are not on dvd, download them first
AMD cpu
Cons:
Zero key on number pad is small, I use my thumb for zero and have managed to keep hitting right arrow key instead of zero, will change mapping to change right arrow to zero, long live hjkl
All of the ports are really tight, it's difficult to insert/remove usb drives/cables/ethernet cable
I have not found a hard drive cover to replace hard drive, user guide doesn't mention how hard drive is/if accessible
microphone is located just below control key
Sound is very weak, lots of trebble, no depth

Pros:
Excellent Build Quality
Samsung has spent some resources to maintain the right set of drivers / software for each model and its evident
Good AMD APU. while I am no gamer, I did run the benchmarking tools / watched HBO / netflix / youtube HD videos and this tackles each task without breaking a sweat. Like I said : flash / silverlight playback might be a different animal than shading / tessellation / texture mapping / anti-aliasing etc. in todays resource hungry games.
Bluetooth built-in
3 USB ports
HDMI built in
Gigabit Ethernet
Pretty Decent (read acceptable) sound from stereo speakers.
Does not show fingerprints ( they are there.. you just cant see them :-)
Tools like K10Stat allow you to overclock / undervolt the APU. please be careful with doing this as this may result in system crashing and also voiding of warranty. but good to know that its... Read more

I wanted to replace a high-end work laptop with something fast, not too heavy, 14-15" screen, decent hard drive, long battery life, large keyboard, non-glare screen, case that wouldn't show fingerprints, and a strong hinge. THIS IS IT. Other laptops had gigantic shiny screens, distracting shiny or ridged patterns on the area around the keyboard, showed every finger print, had flimsy hinges, were ridiculously expensive, etc. You can't see these differences if you only shop online.
In the stores, some laptops made some sort of plastic clicking noise if I pressed random spots (esp. all HP laptops). There are so many different models out there. You have to be a detective to figure out the differences, but it's easy to spot junk.
